Overview

Measured as the largest solar array on a municipally owned convention center in the United States, the Los Angeles Convention Center added 2.21 megawatts to their existing facility.

This addition brings LACC’s total solar power generated to 2.58 megawatts.

This project included installing 6,228 panels at 355 watts each which is projected to generate 3.4 million kilowatt hours per year, which is around 17% of the Los Angeles Convention Center’s annual energy usage.
