Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, Rick Salerno and his team must think outside the box to help clients meet highly complex and technical objectives. He works directly with the customer from the design phase onward, with a specialization in aerospace and data center projects. In many cases, Rick is tasked with implementing creative solutions to keep a client’s core business operating in the midst of upgrading or expanding primary electrical systems.

Rick began his career in 1987 by working in the field for his father’s company. He worked his way into management positions, and before joining CSI Electric in 2012, gained ten years of experience with Dynalectric Los Angeles. Today, Rick prioritizes cultivating young talent by mentoring Project Managers through especially technical projects.

Rick is proud of his 30-year marriage, raising three boys with his wife. As a family, they spend quality time boating, camping, and hiking.
