In the key role of Vice President of Business Development, Joe Grant possesses the technical expertise and business acumen to align customer requirements with CSI capabilities and resources. CSI is renowned for long-term customer relationships, and Joe’s commitment to create customer-centric solutions adds to our tenure. Additionally, Joe helps expand CSI’s capabilities and reach in existing and new markets through ongoing research into emerging trends within and outside of our core markets.

Joe talks the talk and walks the walk too. He began his electrical contracting career sixteen years ago on the lighting and service side of the business. He was attracted to the entrepreneurial culture at CSI and the opportunity to have an immediate impact on growth. He came on board in 2017 and hit the ground running, deftly maneuvering within the CSI environment to create optimized outcomes.

On the weekends, Joe prioritizes time with his wife and three children.  Together they enjoy outdoor activities and spending time at the beach and ball fields.
