Andrew Soffa

As an industry veteran, Andrew Soffa offers CSI a wealth of expertise and experience in the construction trade. From beginning his career as an apprentice, Andrew worked his way up the ranks, holding just about every position in the industry. Because of his hands-on, in-depth knowledge of each project role, Andrew can lead the simplest to the most complex project teams with wisdom and excellence while upholding CSI’s performance standards.

Through his “in the trenches” leadership style, Andrew builds and leads high capacity teams that solve our customer’s toughest problems. In his role as Executive Vice President of Construction, Andrew drives success with his high technical acumen, strong communication skills, and an extreme focus on delivering best-in-class projects, always. In addition, Andrew proactively manages all aspects of the project with his team, ensuring budgets, schedules, and project goals are met.

Andrew, along with his wife and 4 children, loves to cook. He’s known to make a delicious risotto, but he’s best known for his chocolate chip cookies. They are out-of-this-world!
