Windsurfer TI

Located just south of San Francisco in Burlingame, CA, the Windsurfer is a new waterfront office complex.

CSI partnered with Rudolph & Sletten on the Windsurfer TI Project, which is one of the bay area’s most significant office developments on the peninsula to date.

The Windsurfer TI Project consisted of tenant improvements to two large structures. The first is an 8-story, 240,000 SF building that includes two floors of laboratory space and six floors of office space. The second is a 7-story, 210,000 SF building with a café on one floor and offices on the remaining floors.

The completed complex includes four new class-A office buildings overlooking the bay and various amenities, including a pedestrian promenade, improved trails surrounding the bay, and safer roadways for pedestrians and cyclists.
