Long Beach Memorial Pediatric MOB

The Cherese Mari Laulhere Children’s Village at Long Beach Memorial Hospital is a new, ground-up, 80,000 SF, four-story medical office building for pediatric patients.

CSI Electrical Contractors, Inc. partnered with Turner Construction to complete this design-assist, OSHPD-3 project, which included a pharmacy, exam rooms, treatment rooms, and multiple pediatric therapy gyms. CSI worked alongside tk1sc to design, model, and construct the electrical infrastructure required, including a new 3000A service, lighting, and wireless lighting controls.

The Children’s Village is another project CSI has safely and successfully executed at the Long Beach Memorial Campus.
