After being vacant for years, the historic Hotel Californian was transformed into a beautiful mainstay of downtown Santa Barbara.
This five-star luxury hotel features 114 rooms with over 20,000 SF of commercial space consisting of paseos, gardens, plazas, and 264 parking spaces. The new renovation incorporated the façade from original 1925 Hotel Californian paired with new construction to create a truly lavish experience for guests.
