Our commitment to safety begins with our leadership team which includes our Vice President of Safety & Risk Management, George Bone, and our Regional Safety & Training Director, Matt Eisele. Matt is an authorized OSHA trainer for Federal OSHA and Cal/OSHA and holds a credential from the State of California in Career Technical Education (CTE). Together, we have designed safety systems and training to eliminate or mitigate potential hazards and prevent incidents.
Safety Culture
Everyone at CSI is a safety advocate. Our program is designed to empower our managers and employees to be critical thinkers and problem solvers, especially in the area of safety. Because safety is a core value, no one can compromise the well-being of our employees.
Safety Education
Our goal is to continuously improve the performance of our team. In order to support this goal, we custom build much of our training. In addition, we deploy training through several modes, including instructor-led training, blended learning, virtual classrooms, and Web-Based Training (WBT) through our Learning Management System (LMS).
Furthermore, qualified electricians receive NFPA 70E training in accordance with the latest revision of the standard.
