David Pelayo

As the Director of Technology & Human Resources, David oversees our Information Technology and Human Resources Departments. David is responsible for managing our IT infrastructure. He works closely with our IT team to ensure that our day-to-day operations run efficiently, along with safeguarding our internal and external systems.

David also oversees CSI’s Human Resources department providing leadership and strategic insight to serve CSI’s employees best. David works closely with our Human Resources team to manage compliance, staffing needs, health and welfare benefits, employee relations and retention, and more.

David enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two awesome boys. He loves to cook, watch documentaries, and work on home improvement projects.
