July 14, 2026 CSI Recognized with Four Los Angeles NECA Electrical Excellence Awards
CSI Electrical Contractors, Inc. (CSI) was honored to receive four Los Angeles County Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Electrical Excellence Awards.
The 2026 Electrical Excellence Award Winners include:
WEST HARBOR PHASE – 1B
The West Harbor Phase – 1B project included electrical construction of the LA Waterfront in San Pedro, CA. Construction included transforming the historic Ports O’ Call into an entertainment destination. Once complete, West Harbor will include 300,000 SF of retail, dining, and entertainment with a new 6,200-seat concert venue.
LUNA & LAB DC AUGMENTATION
The Luna and Lab DC Augmentation project consisted of removing existing battery energy storage (BESS) cubes, relocating them, and installing new BESS units to meet power requirements across various locations in Southern California. CSI successfully executed this project under a compressed timeline, meeting the customer’s expectations and restoring system performance.
COH DOC 6th FLOOR IR PACU
The City of Hope (COH) Duarte Outpatient Clinic (DOC) 6th Floor IR PACU project was another successful project in CSI’s long list of projects at COH in Duarte, CA. CSI’s work included a build-out of a large portion of the shelled-out 6th floor of the DOC and a conversion to an outpatient interventional radiology (IR) suite with post-anesthesia recovery units and associated shelled-out spaces.
ROWLAND USD
The Rowland USD project was an eight-school solar portfolio consisting of 7,561 modules and 49 inverters, totaling 3.25 MW DC. CSI served as the full turnkey provider, responsible for all design, engineering, permitting, procurement (excluding modules), and construction activities, with all electrical work self-performed by CSI’s field teams.
